Extremely disappointing experience with Giovanni Gonzales at Currie Motors Chevrolet. During a phone call, I was clearly told that the vehicle I was interested in was available and that I should come in to move forward. Based on that, I made the trip only to find out the car was not there at all. This was a complete waste of my time and money on transportation, not to mention unnecessary stress. The information I was given over the phone was inaccurate and misleading. This level of communication is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers. I definitely would not recommend working with this salesperson and this dealership!

This dealership is completely unprofessional and disorganized. I made an appointment with a specific salesperson—they confirmed it over the phone, even confirmed the car I was coming to see. I drive all the way there, take time out of my day, and guess what? The guy isn’t there. The car isn’t there. Nothing is ready. Are you serious? How do you confirm an appointment and a vehicle that doesn’t even exist on your lot? That’s not a mistake—that’s straight-up disrespectful and dishonest. No accountability, no apology, just a bunch of people acting like it’s business as usual. If you value your time, your money, or even basic customer service—stay far away from this place. They clearly don’t care about their customers. Never again.

Do not buy from here the customer service is horrible and they act like you owe them something

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Sergio Ramirez, our salesman, was great. Between Sergio and the financial representative, they spent several hours going over the car functions (we bought an EV) and how EVs drive versus gas cars.
