I just love Currie motors. Dwayne was amazing from start to finish. I initially came in for service but after speaking with Leighton and Dwayne I left with a brand new Chevy Trax. Each time I come in for service now Dwayne always greets me and ensures me that he is available if I ever need him with this Car and even if I want a new one. The "service" of the salesperson AFTER the sale is great.

Many times a sales department will just send folks to either the service department or the parts department after the sale has been completed, but not at Currie Motors. Their sales people, in particular Nohemi Durham, greets old-time customers and asks how she may make their visit to the card dealer better. She is forward-thinking, knowing that a warm smile and hearty handshake is a great way to keep current customers and get other customer referrals from them. She is a wonderful sales person, who knows her customer's needs, and makes their "dream vehicle" come to fruition. Great car dealership.

My mom and I have been window shopping for a minute and we came across this dealership because we saw a 2010 camaro with extremely low mileage for a great price! Joe greeted us and was very welcoming. He was not only extremely patient but generous, funny, and very professional. Everything you would want for a good car salesman.He worked with me and got me approved for my dream car and I'm very grateful. He also showed me all the nice features about the car, showed me what 's been serviced, test drove, and also planned to get me an appointment for extra accessories to put on the vehicle. SO DISAPPOINTED THUS FAR

Let me start by saying I really expected more from this dealership. I purchased on 4-14-20. I asked about the brakes on the car was told by Desaun my salesman they should be fine if not bring it back and service would take care of it. The back drums has really bad groves in it. They half cleaned the truck had me to bring it back for cleaning 2 days later only to tell my husband the place they send it to was closed because of the Covid 19 and once everything is up open they would take care of it. Meanwhile I had to wipe food and chocolate off the seat. Now on 4-28-20 I have to take the car back in to have the brakes looked at. They try to fast talk you and reword things once the sale has been made. I will not continue to go back fourth nor will I be settle for what they want instead of what I was promised. Ive reached out to the Attorney General. I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.

A consumer has to make the best decision for themselves and their finances. The salesman tend to omit information or word things in a way that makes it sound good and you feel you are agreeing to one thing. By the time you get to the finance department, it is something totally different. I wanted to give them a chance to be different than other car dealerships seeing they have a church purchase program. You would think since they are putting God in the midst, they are more trustworthy.((( to a certain extent but still, it is a car dealership))) When you ask for an explanation of the changes and why this was not stated up front, fingers start to get pointed and sometimes it is still not explained. They are not sure why certain things are the way they are, it is just how it has been since the beginning. Or it is just like, “I am not sure what they said to you, I am just telling you what it is, or I don't care what they said to you, I am telling you what it is now.” (A bunch of nonsense to put it in a nice way) Rude and inconsiderate overall and for the slogan to be nice people to do business with, that is not always the case. Yes we are all still human, but don't put God in the midst of it to get over on people. They all work as a team and know exactly what is going on but no one wants to take responsibility for any mishaps. I feel I got an overall okay deal considering the circumstances I came in with but it is just the principal that they need to be transparent up front. There could have been other arrangements made. Yes they want to make the sale, but just as it is their livelihood, so is the same for the consumer. Just be more transparent, real, 100, up front, don't lie, don't omit, and maybe people would not have to waste their time sitting around for hours for nothing. Employees were so quick to say “don't give me a bad review because I did my part or the best I could”, and was even willing to take the sale back not to mess their name up. Very interesting. I take it these reviews go along way and I said I was going to say exactly how I feel. I was even told that I would not be able to do a review on a used car. Why would you say that if it is not true? I’m guessing they thought it would deter me. I am honestly surprised that I was given the correct site to do the survey. Guess they did not want to add to the list of mishaps. They feel it is ok to say what it is they want to say to the consumer (sale wise and personally) but don't want you to say exactly how you feel. How ironic is that? Gerard L. was nice and sweet, not sure if he was new but I did not get all the correct information out of him. Eddie P. is for sure a persistent salesman and I would say gets the job done considering his accolades. He too omitted things and made it seem like one thing when it was not. Also not one time on my bill of sale did I see anything about the church purchase program and when I asked about it, they don't have a specific line to place it on. It is just factored into the sale price they say. How convenient, no trail of it, well not for the consumer to see anyway. Pray that money is going to where it is supposed to. Pete T. was just flat out rude and disrespectful and should not be in finance or working with the public for that matter.( Employees feel the same way and they know who they are) Mgt needs to speak to him about his customer service. Joe S. was kind of nonchalant about the situation and wanted to kind of smooth things over after some mix ups but at the same time did not mind if we did not take the deal. I was pretty much told I was getting a blessing and a good deal because they could have sold the car for way more. (But when I asked, they don't name their prices and it is left up to the bank. So since they could have sold it for more which makes me think it could have been sold for less as well but you get what you get. Mind you that this was the one of the employee’s car, previously so I was getting an extra special deal. Of course not letting you know that the warranty was actually already out since the car was past the yr mark of the warranty which came first before the mileage amount. Just making it seem like you had 28 extra thousand miles from bumper to bumper coverage which was more like 12000 or just 1yr whichever is first. Like why not just say that from the beginning. (Why, because 28000 is far higher than 12000 that is why. It sounds so much better to say the bigger number when it is not true) Now that the consumer has this info at the last minute, not to go back and start all over with possibly a new car and go through the process all over again to potentially be lied to again, you either walk away or you would have to purchase extended warranty in order to have your car covered. They said they were giving me some warranty for free, but who knows if that was really the case, it probably was tacked on to the sale price in some way. This review is long but I feel needs to be put out there. You cannot use God's name in vain to make sales. It is just not right. They may think what they are doing is ok and they are helping people (in some cases) but at the same time, it seems like a hindrance. I've had worse experiences before at other car lots, so this is the ONLY REASON I took a chance since this was SOMEWHAT better. Again just be transparent from the beginning. I don't think your number of sales should be based off lies. In the end, God has the last say so. I hope that the next consumer has a better experience.

I was very impressed at how the salesman Dred and the manager Joey B treated me. My car was in service getting an oil change. This was my first time bringing my car here for service. I went wandering while I waited and I was greeted by Dred. I was expecting some weird tactics to try and pressure me. It was just the opposite. I was so thankful for the thorough test drive, the explanations of all the features, and the general gentle approach to helping me make a good decision by finding what fits my needs and budget. Service department nailed it ! Rebecca and her staff were efficient and professional in there approach to everything. Great Job Currie

Don't trust them

I had my vehicle serviced by Currie Motors earlier this year due to some knocking on the driver side front end and my steering or the alignment was off. I was first told that it was my tie rods, once I told them that I had just had inner and outer tie rods replaced that quickly went for another diagnosis. I was told that I needed to replace my gear box because it was leaking. I explained to Daniel the service manager and the mechanic that my car is garage kept and that there were not markings of a leak left on the freshly poured cement in the garage, but now I have a leak. Next I was told after several people looked at my car that I needed lever arms. Reluctantly I agreed and allowed them to fix it at a cost of $1,800, they said they replaced everything and did a wheel alignment. I drove my vehicle for two months and the exact same sound came back. I contacted Daniel and explained to him the situation and made an appointment to come in. due to being in and out of town I was not able to bring my vehicle back in until I was back in town. I took my vehicle back to Currie and after the check was told it was something completely different then what was fixed. This time I was told the noise is happening because I need to replace my control arms. I asked how two completely separate things could make the exact same noise when doing the exact same action from the first repair. They have tried this before trying to get me to fix something that they had fixed before. When I expressed my concern I was told “we can see what we can do about the price. I now am down $1,800 and my vehicle is still not working properly. This type of deceptive practice is shameful to say the least. I would not recommend Currie to anyone and I will make it a point to get the word out to ensure no one I know does business with this company.

A consumer has to make the best decision for themselves...

A consumer has to make the best decision for themselves and their finances. The salesman tend to omit information or word things in a way that makes it sound good and you feel you are agreeing to one thing. By the time you get to the finance department, it is something totally different. I wanted to give them a chance to be different than other car dealerships seeing they have a church purchase program. You would think since they are putting God in the midst, they are more trustworthy.((( to a certain extent but still, it is a car dealership))) When you ask for an explanation of the changes and why this was not stated up front, fingers start to get pointed and sometimes it is still not explained. They are not sure why certain things are the way they are, it is just how it has been since the beginning. Or it is just like, “I am not sure what they said to you, I am just telling you what it is, or I don't care what they said to you, I am telling you what it is now.” (A bunch of nonsense to put it in a nice way) Rude and inconsiderate overall and for the slogan to be nice people to do business with, that is not always the case. Yes we are all still human, but don't put God in the midst of it to get over on people. They all work as a team and know exactly what is going on but no one wants to take responsibility for any mishaps. I feel I got an overall okay deal considering the circumstances I came in with but it is just the principal that they need to be transparent up front. There could have been other arrangements made. Yes they want to make the sale, but just as it is their livelihood, so is the same for the consumer. Just be more transparent, real, 100, up front, don't lie, don't omit, and maybe people would not have to waste their time sitting around for hours for nothing. Employees were so quick to say “don't give me a bad review because I did my part or the best I could”, and was even willing to take the sale back not to mess their name up. Very interesting. I take it these reviews go along way and I said I was going to say exactly how I feel. I was even told that I would not be able to do a review on a used car. Why would you say that if it is not true? I’m guessing they thought it would deter me. I am honestly surprised that I was given the correct site to do the survey. Guess they did not want to add to the list of mishaps. They feel it is ok to say what it is they want to say to the consumer (sale wise and personally) but don't want you to say exactly how you feel. How ironic is that? Gerard L. was nice and sweet, not sure if he was new but I did not get all the correct information out of him. Eddie P. is for sure a persistent salesman and I would say gets the job done considering his accolades. He too omitted things and made it seem like one thing when it was not. Also not one time on my bill of sale did I see anything about the church purchase program and when I asked about it, they don't have a specific line to place it on. It is just factored into the sale price they say. How convenient, no trail of it, well not for the consumer to see anyway. Pray that money is going to where it is supposed to. Pete T. was just flat out rude and disrespectful and should not be in finance or working with the public for that matter.( Employees feel the same way and they know who they are) Mgt needs to speak to him about his customer service. Joe S. was kind of nonchalant about the situation and wanted to kind of smooth things over after some mix ups but at the same time did not mind if we did not take the deal. I was pretty much told I was getting a blessing and a good deal because they could have sold the car for way more. (But when I asked, they don't name their prices and it is left up to the bank. So since they could have sold it for more which makes me think it could have been sold for less as well but you get what you get. Mind you that this was the one of the employee’s car, previously so I was getting an extra special deal. Of course not letting you know that the warranty was actually already out since the car was past the yr mark of the warranty which came first before the mileage amount. Just making it seem like you had 28 extra thousand miles from bumper to bumper coverage which was more like 12000 or just 1yr whichever is first. Like why not just say that from the beginning. (Why, because 28000 is far higher than 12000 that is why. It sounds so much better to say the bigger number when it is not true) Now that the consumer has this info at the last minute, not to go back and start all over with possibly a new car and go through the process all over again to potentially be lied to again, you either walk away or you would have to purchase extended warranty in order to have your car covered. They said they were giving me some warranty for free, but who knows if that was really the case, it probably was tacked on to the sale price in some way. This review is long but I feel needs to be put out there. You cannot use God's name in vain to make sales. It is just not right. They may think what they are doing is ok and they are helping people (in some cases) but at the same time, it seems like a hindrance. I've had worse experiences before at other car lots, so this is the ONLY REASON I took a chance since this was SOMEWHAT better. Again just be transparent from the beginning. I don't think your number of sales should be based off lies. In the end, God has the last say so. I hope that the next consumer has a better experience.

I am by no means an unreasonable person i had a decent trade in and was interested in a 2020 Traverse. Total cost of car was 42000 i have excellent credit. Joe offered me payment of 940 ×72 months i am not a financial expert but left asap. While leaving was told by his manager that Joe is just trying to make extra money. Go elsewhere honesty is not important to him

horrible service they need to fix their scheduling system. Take your car for package oil change tire rotation and they don't do it they forget to inflate the tires they don't watch the car you schedule an appointment by the time you get there they tell you that it's canceled!

SO DISAPPOINTED THUS FAR

Let me start by saying I really expected more from this dealership. I purchased on 4-14-20. I asked about the brakes on the car was told by Desaun my salesman they should be fine if not bring it back and service would take care of it. The back drums has really bad groves in it. They half cleaned the truck had me to bring it back for cleaning 2 days later only to tell my husband the place they send it to was closed because of the Covid 19 and once everything is up open they would take care of it. Meanwhile I had to wipe food and chocolate off the seat. Now on 4-28-20 I have to take the car back in to have the brakes looked at. They try to fast talk you and reword things once the sale has been made. I will not continue to go back fourth nor will I be settle for what they want instead of what I was promised. Ive reached out to the Attorney General. I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.

Worse experience of my life in any car buying experience! Purchase my malibu from there. I specifically told them I didn't want a car that had been in a accident. I asked if there was a deductible for the warranty he said if I got the car serviced there, their would be no deductible but if I take it to a different dealer there would be a deductible. When I took my car for service they said $200 deductible. The financed dept changed my warranty after I signed and left dealer. Salesman Lamburg said 1st oil change was to be free. When I went to get the oil change again that was a lie. They tried to charge me. Most unprofessional and lying people I have ever experienced in any purchase I made. When I went to talk to them about the warranty and why Pete lied about it the Sales manager Larry instead of trying to help me tried to get me to trade my car in for a new car saying this would help lol. If you buy from here make sure you ask for everything they say they will do in writing. Also service department had my car for 24 hrs and didn't even reset my oil light or return my calls when I left a message saying I had questions about the service they did. They are all only nice before the paperwork is signed after that they don't give a xxxx about your concerns or needs. I would never refer anyone to purchase from here. Will be reporting to better business bureau

I was very impressed at how the salesman Dred and the manager Joey B treated me. My car was in service getting an oil change. This was my first time bringing my car here for service. I went wandering while I waited and I was greeted by Dred. I was expecting some weird tactics to try and pressure me. It was just the opposite. I was so thankful for the thorough test drive, the explanations of all the features, and the general gentle approach to helping me make a good decision by finding what fits my needs and budget. They charged a $130 diagnosis fee, which is applied to the repair if you do it. But the estimate came in very high, so I didn't do it, I paid the $130 went home and looked up the problem online and found out it's a very well-known problem that goes back years. There's a service bulletin from Chevy from 10 months earlier as well as multiple sites and blogs with lots of people talking about the issue and Chevy's responsibility to address it. I specifically took the car to a dealer for their intimate and complete knowledge of the car and any known issues, but this dealer either didn't have the experience or knowledge or worse, pretended not to know and took the money. Either way it's bad. Maybe they knowingly take the money make the quote high and you get to pick which way you want to get ripped-off. I chose to get away from these people as quickly as possible. When the car was still under warrantee, they seemed okay - But now, out-of-warrantee, I don't want to pay to educate them, or be wondering what they don't know.... do you? Left me with a Really bad feeling

I had heard about Currow over the radio Inspirational 1390 My car was LITERALLY on its last legs, after I had put several thousands of dollars in it to keep it going. I prayed about it, and went on line to complete the pre-approval application. A consumer has to make the best decision for themselves and their finances. The salesman tend to omit information or word things in a way that makes it sound good and you feel you are agreeing to one thing. By the time you get to the finance department, it is something totally different. I wanted to give them a chance to be different than other car dealerships seeing they have a church purchase program. You would think since they are putting God in the midst, they are more trustworthy.((( to a certain extent but still, it is a car dealership))) When you ask for an explanation of the changes and why this was not stated up front, fingers start to get pointed and sometimes it is still not explained. They are not sure why certain things are the way they are, it is just how it has been since the beginning. Or it is just like, “I am not sure what they said to you, I am just telling you what it is, or I don't care what they said to you, I am telling you what it is now.” (A bunch of nonsense to put it in a nice way) Rude and inconsiderate overall and for the slogan to be nice people to do business with, that is not always the case. Yes we are all still human, but don't put God in the midst of it to get over on people. They all work as a team and know exactly what is going on but no one wants to take responsibility for any mishaps. I feel I got an overall okay deal considering the circumstances I came in with but it is just the principal that they need to be transparent up front. There could have been other arrangements made. Yes they want to make the sale, but just as it is their livelihood, so is the same for the consumer. Just be more transparent, real, 100, up front, don't lie, don't omit, and maybe people would not have to waste their time sitting around for hours for nothing. Employees were so quick to say “don't give me a bad review because I did my part or the best I could”, and was even willing to take the sale back not to mess their name up. Very interesting. I take it these reviews go along way and I said I was going to say exactly how I feel. I was even told that I would not be able to do a review on a used car. Why would you say that if it is not true? I’m guessing they thought it would deter me. I am honestly surprised that I was given the correct site to do the survey. Guess they did not want to add to the list of mishaps. They feel it is ok to say what it is they want to say to the consumer (sale wise and personally) but don't want you to say exactly how you feel. How ironic is that? Gerard L. was nice and sweet, not sure if he was new but I did not get all the correct information out of him. Eddie P. is for sure a persistent salesman and I would say gets the job done considering his accolades. He too omitted things and made it seem like one thing when it was not. Also not one time on my bill of sale did I see anything about the church purchase program and when I asked about it, they don't have a specific line to place it on. It is just factored into the sale price they say. How convenient, no trail of it, well not for the consumer to see anyway. Pray that money is going to where it is supposed to. Pete T. was just flat out rude and disrespectful and should not be in finance or working with the public for that matter.( Employees feel the same way and they know who they are) Mgt needs to speak to him about his customer service. Joe S. was kind of nonchalant about the situation and wanted to kind of smooth things over after some mix ups but at the same time did not mind if we did not take the deal. I was pretty much told I was getting a blessing and a good deal because they could have sold the car for way more. (But when I asked, they don't name their prices and it is left up to the bank. So since they could have sold it for more which makes me think it could have been sold for less as well but you get what you get. Mind you that this was the one of the employee’s car, previously so I was getting an extra special deal. Of course not letting you know that the warranty was actually already out since the car was past the yr mark of the warranty which came first before the mileage amount. Just making it seem like you had 28 extra thousand miles from bumper to bumper coverage which was more like 12000 or just 1yr whichever is first. Like why not just say that from the beginning. (Why, because 28000 is far higher than 12000 that is why. It sounds so much better to say the bigger number when it is not true) Now that the consumer has this info at the last minute, not to go back and start all over with possibly a new car and go through the process all over again to potentially be lied to again, you either walk away or you would have to purchase extended warranty in order to have your car covered. They said they were giving me some warranty for free, but who knows if that was really the case, it probably was tacked on to the sale price in some way. This review is long but I feel needs to be put out there. You cannot use God's name in vain to make sales. It is just not right. They may think what they are doing is ok and they are helping people (in some cases) but at the same time, it seems like a hindrance. I've had worse experiences before at other car lots, so this is the ONLY REASON I took a chance since this was SOMEWHAT better. Again just be transparent from the beginning. I don't think your number of sales should be based off lies. In the end, God has the last say so. I hope that the next consumer has a better experience.

SO DISAPPOINTED THUS FAR

Let me start by saying I really expected more from this dealership. I purchased on 4-14-20. I asked about the brakes on the car was told by Desaun my salesman they should be fine if not bring it back and service would take care of it. The back drums has really bad groves in it. They half cleaned the truck had me to bring it back for cleaning 2 days later only to tell my husband the place they send it to was closed because of the Covid 19 and once everything is up open they would take care of it. Meanwhile I had to wipe food and chocolate off the seat. Now on 4-28-20 I have to take the car back in to have the brakes looked at. They try to fast talk you and reword things once the sale has been made. I will not continue to go back fourth nor will I be settle for what they want instead of what I was promised. Ive reached out to the Attorney General. I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.

Their sales people, in particular Nohemi Durham, greets old-time customers and asks how she may make their visit to the card dealer better. She is forward-thinking, knowing that a warm smile and hearty handshake is a great way to keep current customers and get other customer referrals from them. She is a wonderful sales person, who knows her customer's needs, and makes their "dream vehicle" come to fruition. Great car dealership.

Ray Rosas and team really helped us out. He's definitely the Professional Vehicle Advisor you want to see! We are trying to rebuild our credit and they assisted us in getting Ton's of rebates on a 2018 Traverse. Not only was he extremely professional, but they really helped us in trying to get us a reasonable payment for it! Not 100% the price I would prefer to pay, but still a decent payment considering the original one they brought to us & our current credit score. Find another dealer if your car is under warranty

I brought my car in for service while the car was still under warranty because it was misfiring. Currie did nothing to fix it - just changed the oil and air filter. I brought it in a few weeks later for the same issue - Currie again did nothing because they couldn't replicate the problem. A few weeks later my car fully broke down due to this issue. The Currie mechanic was finally able to fix it (only once the car became undriveable and the computer codes told them exactly what the problem was). By this time the warranty had expired, but under the terms of my warranty the repairs should have been covered because the problem had been recorded before the expiration. Currie would not honor my warranty, and instead charged me $400 for the repair. Good luck getting these guys to repair your car unless your car's computer can spell out what the problem is for them...and then be prepared for some shady dealings. My suggestion is to find a good mechanic, and if you have to take your car to a dealer because of the warranty then find another dealer who actually understands what the terms of the contract are and will honor it. The one star is for Otis - the guy who gave me rides to the El station every time I had to drop my car off (3 times) for the same issue.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The Service supervisor and sales reps are terrible with customer service.! After asking for full pricing with all things needed to my 2014 Chevy equinox I was told by the supervisor he would call back with in the next hour for all info. Fast forward to 24 hours later still no phone call.. Now I receive a email from currie saying they are so sorry I missed my appointment and would love to reschedule.. How are you going to do that if you cant even call your customers back!! So I figured let me give them ONE LAST TRY!! I call and ask to speak to the supervisor in Service department After being on hold for 8 mins the rep came back on the phone saying she can not find the supervisor and will have him call me... Umm No thank you!! you really do not want me as a customer! I will go back to advantage Chevy!!

Following week we brought it in for the "warranty plan" they offer, and we brought it back home and noticed that in their process they've sealed some type of over buffing or something that's caused a noticeable color differential. When we told them, they said well you'll have to speak to the insurance you brought through us! What a scam! Fast forward 2 months and we've been experiencing a clicking noise everytime we turn our wheel. After my husband wasting 4hours waiting for the service department to hear the noise, they tell him they don't hear anything and can't help (even though my husband recorded the noise)! He gets home and the car immediately makes the noise. He takes it back, waits another 4 hours for them to tell him "oh there's a recall from last year". They tell us they don't have the part but they'll call us when it's in. They finally call us and we're told to just come in, we give a courtesy call to say we are coming in and we're told No you can't come in we don't have time. THIS IS A BRAND NEW 2018 TRAVERSE!!!! THERE SHOULD BE NOTHING WRONG!!! How is this place selling cars that are this messed up??? The sales team also coaxes you to please please please rate 5 stars on several websites otherwise they don't get commission! Really? I'll never buy another car here, this is insane!

I just love Currie motors. Dwayne was amazing from start to finish. I initially came in for service but after speaking with Leighton and Dwayne I left with a brand new Chevy Trax. Each time I come in for service now Dwayne always greets me and ensures me that he is available if I ever need him with this Car and even if I want a new one. Dwayne Leighton and the rest of the staff at Currie motors are GREAT PEOPLE to do business with.

The "service" of the salesperson AFTER the sale is great.

Many times a sales department will just send folks to either the service department or the parts department after the sale has been completed, but not at Currie Motors. Their sales people, in particular Nohemi Durham, greets old-time customers and asks how she may make their visit to the card dealer better. She is forward-thinking, knowing that a warm smile and hearty handshake is a great way to keep current customers and get other customer referrals from them. She is a wonderful sales person, who knows her customer's needs, and makes their "dream vehicle" come to fruition. Great car dealership.

Amazing Experience!

My mom and I have been window shopping for a minute and we came across this dealership because we saw a 2010 camaro with extremely low mileage for a great price! Joe greeted us and was very welcoming. He was not only extremely patient but generous, funny, and very professional. Everything you would want for a good car salesman.He worked with me and got me approved for my dream car and I'm very grateful. He also showed me all the nice features about the car, showed me what 's been serviced, test drove, and also planned to get me an appointment for extra accessories to put on the vehicle. SO DISAPPOINTED THUS FAR

Let me start by saying I really expected more from this dealership. I purchased on 4-14-20. I asked about the brakes on the car was told by Desaun my salesman they should be fine if not bring it back and service would take care of it. The back drums has really bad groves in it. They half cleaned the truck had me to bring it back for cleaning 2 days later only to tell my husband the place they send it to was closed because of the Covid 19 and once everything is up open they would take care of it. Meanwhile I had to wipe food and chocolate off the seat. Now on 4-28-20 I have to take the car back in to have the brakes looked at. They try to fast talk you and reword things once the sale has been made. I will not continue to go back fourth nor will I be settle for what they want instead of what I was promised. Ive reached out to the Attorney General. I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.

A consumer has to make the best decision for themselves and their finances. The salesman tend to omit information or word things in a way that makes it sound good and you feel you are agreeing to one thing. By the time you get to the finance department, it is something totally different. I wanted to give them a chance to be different than other car dealerships seeing they have a church purchase program. You would think since they are putting God in the midst, they are more trustworthy.((( to a certain extent but still, it is a car dealership))) When you ask for an explanation of the changes and why this was not stated up front, fingers start to get pointed and sometimes it is still not explained. They are not sure why certain things are the way they are, it is just how it has been since the beginning. Or it is just like, “I am not sure what they said to you, I am just telling you what it is, or I don't care what they said to you, I am telling you what it is now.” (A bunch of nonsense to put it in a nice way) Rude and inconsiderate overall and for the slogan to be nice people to do business with, that is not always the case. Yes we are all still human, but don't put God in the midst of it to get over on people. They all work as a team and know exactly what is going on but no one wants to take responsibility for any mishaps. I feel I got an overall okay deal considering the circumstances I came in with but it is just the principal that they need to be transparent up front. There could have been other arrangements made. Yes they want to make the sale, but just as it is their livelihood, so is the same for the consumer. Just be more transparent, real, 100, up front, don't lie, don't omit, and maybe people would not have to waste their time sitting around for hours for nothing. Employees were so quick to say “don't give me a bad review because I did my part or the best I could”, and was even willing to take the sale back not to mess their name up. Very interesting. I take it these reviews go along way and I said I was going to say exactly how I feel. I was even told that I would not be able to do a review on a used car. Why would you say that if it is not true? I’m guessing they thought it would deter me. I am honestly surprised that I was given the correct site to do the survey. Guess they did not want to add to the list of mishaps. They feel it is ok to say what it is they want to say to the consumer (sale wise and personally) but don't want you to say exactly how you feel. How ironic is that? Gerard L. was nice and sweet, not sure if he was new but I did not get all the correct information out of him. Eddie P. is for sure a persistent salesman and I would say gets the job done considering his accolades. He too omitted things and made it seem like one thing when it was not. Also not one time on my bill of sale did I see anything about the church purchase program and when I asked about it, they don't have a specific line to place it on. It is just factored into the sale price they say. How convenient, no trail of it, well not for the consumer to see anyway. Pray that money is going to where it is supposed to. Pete T. was just flat out rude and disrespectful and should not be in finance or working with the public for that matter.( Employees feel the same way and they know who they are) Mgt needs to speak to him about his customer service. Joe S. was kind of nonchalant about the situation and wanted to kind of smooth things over after some mix ups but at the same time did not mind if we did not take the deal. I was pretty much told I was getting a blessing and a good deal because they could have sold the car for way more. (But when I asked, they don't name their prices and it is left up to the bank. So since they could have sold it for more which makes me think it could have been sold for less as well but you get what you get. Mind you that this was the one of the employee’s car, previously so I was getting an extra special deal. Of course not letting you know that the warranty was actually already out since the car was past the yr mark of the warranty which came first before the mileage amount. Just making it seem like you had 28 extra thousand miles from bumper to bumper coverage which was more like 12000 or just 1yr whichever is first. Like why not just say that from the beginning. (Why, because 28000 is far higher than 12000 that is why. It sounds so much better to say the bigger number when it is not true) Now that the consumer has this info at the last minute, not to go back and start all over with possibly a new car and go through the process all over again to potentially be lied to again, you either walk away or you would have to purchase extended warranty in order to have your car covered. They said they were giving me some warranty for free, but who knows if that was really the case, it probably was tacked on to the sale price in some way. This review is long but I feel needs to be put out there. You cannot use God's name in vain to make sales. It is just not right. They may think what they are doing is ok and they are helping people (in some cases) but at the same time, it seems like a hindrance. I've had worse experiences before at other car lots, so this is the ONLY REASON I took a chance since this was SOMEWHAT better. Again just be transparent from the beginning. I don't think your number of sales should be based off lies. In the end, God has the last say so. I hope that the next consumer has a better experience.

I was very impressed at how the salesman Dred and the manager Joey B treated me. My car was in service getting an oil change. This was my first time bringing my car here for service. I went wandering while I waited and I was greeted by Dred. I was expecting some weird tactics to try and pressure me. It was just the opposite. I was so thankful for the thorough test drive, the explanations of all the features, and the general gentle approach to helping me make a good decision by finding what fits my needs and budget. Service department nailed it ! Rebecca and her staff were efficient and professional in there approach to everything. Great Job Currie
